One of the approaches used by Courts to assess claims of undue influence goes by the abbreviation SODR, which stands for: 

  1. Susceptibility of the supposed victim

  2. Opportunity for the exertion of undue influence

  3. Disposition to exert undue influence

  4. Result of such undue influence.
