Undue Influence Models - SODR
One of the approaches used by Courts to assess claims of undue influence goes by the abbreviation SODR, which stands for:
Susceptibility of the supposed victim
Opportunity for the exertion of undue influence
Disposition to exert undue influence
Result of such undue influence.
