Bennett Blum, MD accepts inquiries from attorneys regarding selected complex matters involving mental capacity, testamentary capacity, undue influence, coercion, elder financial exploitation, fiduciary abuse, and related forensic psychiatric issues.

Dr. Blum accepts a limited number of new matters. He gives priority to cases in which the psychiatric questions are genuinely complex, the financial or human stakes are substantial, or the matter may clarify important issues for a court, institution, family, or vulnerable population.
